401(k) Retirement Investment Plan. Save for retirement and save on taxes. Now that’s a true win-win. If you qualify, you can invest between 1% and 50% of your eligible pay in pre-tax, after-tax or Roth 401(k) payroll deductions. A third win? Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts. Any associate eligible for health care benefits can also enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Contribute to it on a pre-tax basis and use the account to cover out-of-pocket costs like deductibles, co-pays, even dental and vision expenses.
