You know that sweet-yet-indefinable feeling you get when you help someone? At Macy’s, you’ll have a chance to experience that often. Because we strongly believe in giving back to the communities where we live and work. It’s one of our core values. So, we’ve come up with a variety of ways to give back and pay forward. Like Partners in Time, our employee volunteer program; Corporate Giving; Cause Marketing; and more. Our point being, however you like to help people, we can help with that.
Summer interns come to Macy’s to learn. And here’s a fact we want every single one to absorb: giving back is vital. Which is what our National Intern Give Back initiative is all about. Every June and July, over 200 interns volunteer over 500 hours to local communities and outside organizations. And whether they’re serving up a helping of compassion at a food pantry or making an unselfish assist at a youth basketball camp, the impact is always positive, to recipient and volunteer alike.
The people are real. The places are real. The photos are real. Making this your perfect opportunity to go behind the scenes and get a genuine glimpse of Macy’s inner workings.
