You’ll spend time with your team shadowing and learning. You will attend classroom training to learn leadership and presentation skills from our Learning and Development team. You will also have the opportunity to attend the Executive Speaker Series where you will hear an executive or team present on the projects they are currently working on.
In this role, you’ll be coding, testing, and debugging programs based on detailed specifications, programming original code or customizing window applications. You will also develop information systems and gain insight into systems analysis procedures. You will assist in researching and developing information systems for essential functions in the organization.
First things first, you will need a solid academic record, and a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA is preferred in Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering.
