Bloomingdale's offers two outstanding training programs:

• Buying Training Program. In New York City, you'll learn all about the philosophy, concept and trends of retailing at Bloomingdale's. Hands-on training and classroom courses will teach you skills such as analyzing sales and stock, style reporting, advertising, price management and priority management.
• Store Management Training Program. At our flagship Manhattan store, you'll work with veteran managers on the selling floor and in the classroom. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers, merchandise, systems and procedures. As a Sales Manager, you will eventually run your own multi-million dollar selling area, responsible for sales, profits and customer loyalty programs.
