The Logistics entry-level executive positions operate under general supervision and perform a variety of duties of varying complexity. Over time, these associates are expected to be able to work with limited supervision and will often quickly assume leadership responsibilities.

- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage complex relationships with an interest in process improvement
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects to achieve productivity and business goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Windows
