Accounting/Finance: Executive Trainee

In this 18- to 24-month development program, you'll gain exposure to various accounting and finance departments by working on special projects. Your assignments will include rotations in two to three of the following departments: Tax, Treasury, Divisional Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Capital Control, Risk Management and Internal Audit. With such a diverse base of training opportunities, you'll interact with all levels of management.

What you have the opportunity to do

• Learn and demonstrate working knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices
• Complete assigned projects by working with others in designated departments
• Gain a broad perspective on the functions of assigned departments and how they relate to overall objectives of the company
• Attend training sessions on topics such as communication, leadership and diversity

What to bring to the program

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong academic performance (GPA above 3.2 preferred)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Windows (Microsoft Access is a plus)
